MOSCOW, Jan 30 (PRIME) -- Own investment of Russia’s Wildberries in the provision of discounts increased 38% to 249 billion rubles in 2022, the marketplace said on Monday in a statement.
“We continue to develop our loyalty program for buyers: in addition to the discounts offered on their goods by businessmen, we set an additional discount, which can go up to 33%. It helps support Russian business and cut prices for Russians,” the company said.
The company invested most in December 2022 when it injected 46.6 billion rubles, up 171% on the year, which enabled the sellers to axe prices more.
